As I recieved this beautiful update from Catherine, I was preparing this message for you.
Many of us in Denver were fortunate to be in the presence of the Dalai Lama on Saturday, September 16th, when Nobel Peace Laureates spoke at DU's Magnus Arena for a Peace Jam event.

The crowd roared as messages of peace were shared. In the presence of the Dalai Lama, Desmond Tutu and the collective positive energy, I held our affirmation for the children of Africa. As I spoke each word, I felt sure that this was a moment of special blessing for our children, our campaigners and the world.
The event ended with a call to action--that each person might be involved, be active, be creating peace.
