CFC Message from the Rocky Mountains

Dear Fellow Campaigners:
The “Big Apple” letter from October 8th resonated instantly with me. Just two days prior, we were doing our Affirmation for the Children of Africa, when my eight year old son asked me why we weren't praying for the other children of the world. So now we say the Affirmation three times; once for the children of Africa, once for the children of the world, and once for all of humanity – all because of an eight year old boy.
The Campaign for Consciousness, what a beautiful and compassionate idea! What do you have planned next? We’ve gotten in the habit over the last few weeks at breakfast and dinner to do the Affirmation. It truly creates a great space to talk of the trials and tribulations of the world and to reflect on what we might do as individuals.
